From Baker to Chef: A Delicious Evolution

My first restaurant gig was as a bus boy in 1985 but did you know that I started out as a baker in the kitchen?

But when I realized that baking can be a bit unforgiving (you have to start over!), I switched gears and dove into the world of cooking. Still, my love for baking never faded, and I've learned that it's more forgiving than I once thought.
