Hi, I’m Jeremy Rock Smith.
I’ve been cooking for over 35 years—and after 15 years in the fast-paced kitchens, I pivoted to a healthy lifestyle. I stepped into the world of wellness, spending the last 20 years exploring how food can support health, longevity, and joy.
Over the years, I’ve studied nearly every major dietary approach: Ayurvedic, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, you name it.
And time and time again, I found myself returning to the Mediterranean Diet.

After spending time in Greece—harvesting olives on a small farm, cooking with locals on Poros Island, and experiencing the natural rhythm of Mediterranean life—I realized that the magic isn’t just in the recipes. It’s in the lifestyle.
