About our retreats
For over 20 years, I’ve been teaching wellness through food—what to eat, and a little bit about how to eat mindfully. My virtual classes dive deep into the Mediterranean diet, Blue Zone wisdom, and how to build a vibrant, healthy life from the kitchen up.
But it wasn’t until I found myself in Greece that it all truly landed. I realized: I knew what to eat, but I hadn’t fully lived the how.
The rhythm. The joy. The unhurried way people move through their day, the way food brings people together, the way the land shapes what’s on the plate.
In Greece, I came face-to-face with two ancient words for time:
Chronos: the structured, scheduled time most of us live by.
Kairos: the intuitive, soul-centered time that invites presence, wonder, and connection.
These retreats are about learning to live with both. To master the rhythm of daily life (Chronos) while making space for the fullness of the moment (Kairos). To build a life that’s not just efficient, but meaningful. Not just full, but fulfilling.
